Catch U Back is a service of More or Les Company, LLC, Gaffney, South Carolina ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. Questions: kevin@catchuback.com or (828) 808-4739.
1. What we collect
- From business owners (our clients): name, business name, phone, mobile number for text alerts (if you sign up), email, and billing details. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- From people who send a quote request on a client's page: name, phone, email, address and project details you enter.
- Basic page statistics: counts of page views and "Call" button taps, without names.
2. How we use it
- To deliver quote requests to the business you contacted, and to send you a confirmation email on that business's behalf.
- To send our clients email and, if they opt in, text message alerts about new quote requests.
- To bill clients, provide support and report monthly request counts.
3. Text messages (SMS)
Text alerts are sent only to business owners who opt in on our text alerts sign-up page. Message frequency varies with the number of quote requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the business you sent a request to, and with the providers that run the service for us (website hosting, email delivery, text message delivery and Stripe for payments), or when required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and account records while a client's service is active and for a reasonable time afterward for support, billing and legal records. To ask us to delete your information, email kevin@catchuback.com.
6. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
